TO ALL MY CLIENTS WHO PAY VIA INSURANCE

Thank you for being a wonderful client of mine. I appreciate your business, and I enjoy working with you for optimum health and wellbeing.

I am asking for your assistance with your insurance billing. Before coming in for your acupuncture session, please contact your insurance company and find out your copay or your deductible .

It is difficult and time-consuming for me to search out that information for each of my clients and this will help prevent balances from running up.

If you are a new client, contact your insurance company and find out the following:

  • Check to see if Laurie Marum is a preferred provider for your insurance plan
  • Find out what deductible you have at the time of your first visit and be prepared to pay that to me after that first visit
  • Find out what will be your ongoing copays
  • And finally, how many acupuncture visits does your plan allow

Thank you very much.
